We ship from our warehouse in the UK. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally parcels take longer than expected.

Import duties and taxes

EU and US orders arrive with all duties and taxes already paid. EU orders are covered by the IOSS scheme, so VAT is included at checkout, and US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
