🇪🇺 EU Customers - We have suspended shipping to the EU. This is due to lengthy delays at customs creating unacceptable delivery times. We will restore delivery to the EU when we have a more concrete solution in place. We're sorry we can't serve you at the moment. We're actively looking into an EU based distributor so we can Get A Grip on European courts as soon as possible!

Please be aware that the pandemic is slowing down customs clearance and creating delivery delays to several countries. We will always despatch your grips as soon as possible, but please be prepared for possible delays. For the latest delivery information to your country, please click here.

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in your destination country. If so, you’ll be contacted by the shipping company with further information.

Hello to our friends in the EU 👋

We are so sad that the UK has now left the EU, both on a personal level and on a GET A GRIP level.

As a business based in London, this has changed how we do things with our valued customers across the channel.

The UK leaving the EU has affected many businesses and introduced VAT and customs taxes for companies both importing and exporting to the EU.

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees on your purchase once it arrives in your destination country. If so, you’ll be contacted by the shipping company with further information.

Unfortunately being a small business we are unable to take on those costs ourselves. We therefore have to ask you to cover customs & duties. Please note we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

If returning an order, please mark your parcel as “Returned Goods” clearly on the outer packaging and include a commercial invoice showing it’s a return, to avoid any additional charges and delays getting back to us.

If charges are refused please note we would be liable to pay them ourselves, plus the cost of shipping. That would mean we have to deduct those charges from a final refund.
